Full e-commerce platform for a Ghanaian fresh fruit juice business — online ordering, Paystack checkout, stock management, bulk/wholesale B2B, and a complete admin dashboard

Jay foods needed a complete digital storefront for their fresh fruit juice business in Accra — not a generic template, but a purpose-built platform that matched how they actually operate: daily pressing, same-day delivery, and a mix of retail and wholesale customers.
The platform handles the full order lifecycle — browsing, cart, Paystack checkout, stock reservation, delivery tracking, and customer notifications via Gmail SMTP. Stock is reserved for 30 minutes during checkout and automatically released if payment doesn't complete, keeping inventory accurate without manual intervention.
The wholesale side was equally important — bulk buyers get prefilled WhatsApp enquiries, tiered pricing, and formatted invoices. The admin panel gives the Jay fooDs team full visibility: order search and filters, CSV export, print-ready invoices, a customer directory with lifetime value, sales analytics, and promotional code management.
Built with zero framework dependencies — plain PHP 8.1, SQLite, and vanilla JS — keeping the hosting footprint minimal and the codebase easy for the client to understand and maintain.
