//Working with Prince Caleb

A good project starts with a clear agreement.

Before design or development starts, we agree what you need, what I will deliver, what it costs and how we will work together. You have time to read it and ask questions before committing to anything.

A maximum of 6 projects per quarter

1 project slot open for Q3 2026.

Next intake opens 1 October 2026.

//01How a project runs

Four stages, in this order.

01

Define the project

We discuss your goals, audience, requirements and budget before I recommend a direction.

02

Agree in writing

You review the deliverables, exclusions, revisions, timeline and payment schedule. Work starts after you accept the agreement and the initial payment clears.

03

Design and develop

You review the design before development, with progress and feedback at the agreed milestones.

04

Review and hand over

We check the agreed requirements together, complete the payment milestones, and arrange launch, access and support.

//02Before you commit

Your written project agreement.

I prepare a proposal and agreement for your project and send you a private link. You can read it, print or save a copy, and record your acceptance on the page itself. The start conditions it sets out, including the initial payment, are met before work begins.

  • Objectives, pages, features and deliverables
  • What is included, and what is explicitly excluded
  • Total cost, currency and payment milestones
  • Timeline, review stages and the materials you supply
  • Included revisions, and how extra work is quoted
  • Handover, access, ownership and ongoing support
  • Pause, cancellation and other project-specific terms

A clear way of working

Clear scope. Written agreement. Then we build.

You work directly with me, from the first conversation through to handover. I take on a maximum of six projects a quarter, so each one gets the attention it needs.

How projects start

Know what you are agreeing to

Deliverables, costs, revisions and responsibilities are documented before work begins.

Approve changes before they happen

Extra requests are scoped and priced separately, and only proceed once you approve them.

A confirmed start, not an assumption

An enquiry or a discovery call does not reserve a slot. Work begins after acceptance and the initial payment.

Start with the brief.

Tell me about the website, application or workflow you need. An enquiry is a conversation: it is not an agreement, and it does not reserve a project slot.
